China Textile Industrial Corporation for Foreign Economic and Technical Cooperation (short for CTEXIC), established in 1984, is one of the earliest and the largest state-owned enterprises engaged in foreign trade and economic activities.

Our company was formerly known as the Corporation for Contracting Overseas Engineering Projects under the Ministry of Textile Industry and the Textile Branch of China's Export Corporation for Complete Plants, undertaking foreign aid textile engineering projects designated by the state.

As the key enterprise of China's High-Tech Group Corporation, our company became one of the state important enterprises under the direct administration of the central government of China in 1998. Our main business scope covers many areas, such as the import and export of textile machinery, textile industrial technology and engineering projects.
